Liability

Also, India Leisure Tours acts only as an intermediary between clients and service providers and it has no liability whatsoever for any aspect of the arrangements between the supplier and the customer as regard to the standard of service. Under no circumstances shall India Leisure Tours will be liable for the services provided by the supplier and in no way will be held responsible for any of their acts, misconducts, behaviour or lack of services.

We also do not take responsibility of things which are beyond our control like natural calamities, riots, disasters, war, epidemics etc which may effect the smooth running of your journey or tour and no refunds will be made thereof for the same.

Cancellation Policy

As per our booking policy, we take a 20% advance payment for all tours booked through us. However in case a tour is cancelled in an emergency, we will refund your advance payment minus 10% adnministrative charges.
